John Cena Breaks WWE Record with 17th World Title Win at WrestleMania 41

John Cena becomes the first-ever 17-time world champion in WWE history when he defeated Cody Rhodes to win the Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas.

The previous record of 16 world title reigns held by Ric Flair is surpassed by this victory.

A Controversial Victory

The main event match was dramatic and heated, with rapper Travis Scott interfering by helping Cena take the referee out of the ring during Rhodes’s attempt to pinfall him.

Cena then delivered a low blow and hit Rhodes with the championship belt to win.

Cena’s Heel Turn and Retirement Tour

The victory marks a major turning point in Cena’s 25-year wrestling career and is a part of his stated retirement tour.

Even though Cena moved to Hollywood recently, his heel turn and return to the ring have rekindled interest in his wrestling persona.

What’s Next for Cena and WWE

Following his historic victory, fans can expect to hear more about Cena’s plans for the Undisputed WWE Championship and the rest of his retirement tour when he appears on Monday Night Raw.

The WWE Universe is excitedly awaiting Cena’s next moves as he continues to create waves in and out of the ring.
