Joe Hendry Retains TNA World Title at Rebellion 2025

Joe Hendry successfully defended his TNA World Championship in a high-stakes Triple Threat main event against Frankie Kazarian and Ethan Page at TNA Rebellion 2025, which took place on April 27 at the Galen Center in Los Angeles, California.

Hendry reaffirmed his supremacy in the promotion by giving Page his trademark Standing Ovation chokeslam to seal the victory.

But the celebrations didn’t last long. WWE NXT’s Trick Williams unexpectedly showed in as Hendry was standing triumphant, attacking him and leaving him lying in the ring.

This sudden attack has raised questions about a possible inter-promotional conflict and brought attention to TNA and WWE’s continued cooperation.

A number of noteworthy events have occurred during Hendry’s path to the championship, like as his victory over Nic Nemeth to win the crown at TNA Genesis 2025.

His reputation as a top-tier talent has been cemented by his effective defenses against strong opponents during his reign.

Trick Williams’ post-match assault gives Hendry’s reign as champion an additional degree of interest. Both fans and experts are interested in how this plot develops, particularly in light of the cross-promotional interactions involved.

The next phase of Hendry’s title journey will surely be shaped by his perseverance and reaction to this challenge, which the wrestling community will be closely monitoring.
