Bronny James made his NBA G League debut on Saturday evening, scoring 6 points and helping the South Bay Lakers secure a 110-96 win over the Salt Lake City Stars.
Playing at the UCLA Health Training Center in El Segundo, Bronny, the oldest son of NBA legend LeBron James, had a challenging shooting night. He made 2 of his 9 attempts, missed all four of his 3-point shots, but sank his only free throw, which counted for 2 points under G League rules. He also contributed four assists in just over 31 minutes on the court.

LeBron James was in the crowd of 676, watching his son in action. The Lakers recently assigned Bronny to the South Bay Lakers to give him more playing time and a chance to grow his game, as he had played only 13 minutes in four appearances with the main Lakers team, scoring 4 points on 1 of 6 shooting.
